Hello, I’m Dan. Just an average guy who figured out long ago that I wanted to be the guy behind the camera and not in front of it. My love (beside my wife Susan, kids & grandsons) is taking nature and landscape photography. Think of it like this, taking photos allows us to capture a moment and relive it whenever we view the picture.
Living just on the other side of the Smoky Mountains (Franklin, NC), I have an abundance of beautiful places to go to take advantage of nature’s ever changing mountains, streams, waterfalls, plants and the wildlife that live there (bears, deer, and beer, lol).
Susan finally talked me into taking the leap of pursuing photography more as a career vs. just a hobby. Let the adventure begin, guess you never know until you try.
