Pat Mennenger

Pat Mennenger believes that art should be uplifting.  She strives to make each piece a positive experience for herself and those around her.

Pat has Associate Degrees in Business and Graphic Art. She is a published author, musician, prize winning photographer and art instructor. She is known for her portraits of people and their pets.

Recent accomplishments are serving on the Board of Directors of Macon County Art Association, participating in painting the mural at the Macon County Humane Society, member of Thursday Painters, and illustrating the children’s book Priscilla Pig’s Culinary Corn Crisis. 

Over the years she’s done design and artwork for Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, illustrating curriculum for Hunter’s Green Elementary School and wall murals for Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church and Tampa Covenant Church.  Her fine art paintings and portraits are included in private collections across the United States. Her work is currently on exhibit at the Uptown Gallery, Franklin, North Carolina.

Pat's other accomplishments include spearheading a long running children’s art show at the Old Hyde Park Art Center in Tampa, Florida; she was in charge of the fine art exhibition/competition at the Hillsborough County Fair in Florida; she had a one woman show in Tampa, Florida, in 2001.
