Banking
We have an account at Macon Bank so it's okay go there if you need change for the cash register.
Coffee,Tea and Soft Drinks
Coffee, tea, coffee makers and the tea kettle are opposite the door from the gallery. Make sure they are off and cleaned when you leave.
These supplies are mostly donated. At present the fridge by the gallery light switch is still used for ice but the fridge function doesn't work.

Computer
The computer is a PC, the tower is under it near the cash register. If it isn't working or the internet is down, check the connections and the modem first, then reboot. If it is d-e-a-d go to the computer solutions store near Main Street books and plead.
Back Room
The cleaning supplies are located around the sink in the back room. Please use only the dry mop with a small amount of laminate spray on it to clean the floor. Paint can usually be removed with Lift Off 5.
Historian
Have members leave information and photographs for the historian in the box in the far right back corner of the classroom entering from the Gallery.
Keys
Gallery keys are kept in the drawer and usually in the box with the daily envelopes. If a member has lost their key, find out the circumstances and alert the facilities director if action should be taken to secure the Gallery.
Library
Books and video material may be borrowed by members on an honors basis. The sign-out book is in the far right back corner of the classroom as you enter from the Gallery.The novels and other books against the back wall in the classroom are for members to take.
MCAA information
This is kept in the 4 drawer file cabinet in the classroom.
Membership Packets
Membership packets are kept by the computer. If you just need the form they are in the 2-drawer file cabinet under the cash register.
Minis
Donated minis are displayed in the center section of the gallery. Artists bringing in donated work should put them on the low shelves in the classroom with the other minis to be priced.
Music
There is a selection of background music with the CD player on the back wall behind the desk. Ask the instructor about volume and music preferences if there's a class in session.
Newsletter
Print extra copies off the website for interested artists and potential members.
